This Bulletin “Selection of Materials for Concrete in Dams” was initially discussed at the Committee meeting in Antalya in 1999. The final Terms of Reference were approved at the ICOLD Executive Meeting in Beijing in 2000. The terms of reference stipulated that the Bulletin is to include chapters on selection of: cementitious materials and mineral additions aggregates admixtures and mixing water. The Bulletin addresses both CVC and RCC.
